DTC is dead
This is completely anecdotal.
Not entirely, just solo DTC.
- Mixed retail is the only way to go
- Used to work because online ads were cheap
- Attention was cheap
- Flood of online brands hard to keep attention
- Consumers used to next-day/same-day delivery, so theyโd rather go in person
- I dont know how to say this, but thereโs nothing like spending money in person
